 Marie TanabeRealtor, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, GRI,

 Marie has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since her entry into real estate 10 years ago. Her commitment to detailed professionalism and maintaining client relationships has resulted in the majority of her sales coming from past clients and referrals. Marie's passion for excellence and customer service ensures a successful and profitable transaction. 

Having moved with her family and dog through several states and several locations within Jupiter, Juno Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens, Marie understands the needs of both sellers and buyers. She identifies the needs of her clients and is able to walk them through the often arduous process of purchasing and selling a home.

After a circuitous route Marie happily found her way to Florida just over 20 years ago. Originally from eastern Long Island she earned a degree in Music from SUNY Oswego, spent a year studying in Paris, migrated to Ohio to complete a graduate degree in Administration, moved south to Pinehurst, North Carolina to start her family and finally landed in the land of perpetual sunshine.

When not involved with her full time real estate pursuits at Illustrated Properties, Marie can be found spending time with family, visiting her 2 older sons in Manhattan, or attending a great concert or theatre production. 

Marie was named the 2015 Top Producer in the Palm Beach Illustrated Properties office.


 

 

Theresa TecsonBuyers Specialist

 Born in New Jersey, Theresa’s parents relocated to Florida to expand their medical background by opening a general health clinic which, opened and is remains in practice after over 40 years. As a child, it was evident from her time spent at her parent’s clinic that she had a helpful, comforting and welcoming nature, as she was known for always greeting patients. Keeping in stride with her family’s medical background, Theresa graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology.

Theresa found that her strengths with social/behavioral interaction and networking offered an advantage in retail. She applied her field of study towards a career path in retail management under luxury brands such as, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Omega and Bloomingdale’s. “Engaging in an elevated service level to high end clients, you learn the art of listening, business etiquette, respect and follow up.”  “In order to give outstanding service to your clients, you must listen (to the verbal and non verbal cues) to make sure that you are meeting their needs in a timely manner.”  Theresa feels her strength in communication and follow up is the key to success in the real estate market.  Knowledge of the local market, combined with the determination to assist others is essential to having your clients make confident decisions in selecting their next home.  Theresa is always happy when she has an opportunity to meet new people and introduce them to what the Florida lifestyle has to offer.

Diana DukeLicensed Transaction Coordinator

 Diana, is a second generation license holder and became involved in the real estate industry in 2001, where she simultaneously directed the Administrative Services Department & Compliance Department at the Regional Multiple Listing Service. During her decade of tenure, she was primarily tasked with implementing policy and procedure to continuously monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the local MLS compilation while, offering clerical and administrative support to Participants and Subscribers spanning the St. Lucie and Palm Beach County region. Additional roles included, ongoing statistical reporting to the Florida Association of Realtors ®, National Association of Realtors ®, Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity- Fair Housing and other various governing agencies and was deemed as the Palm Beach & St. Lucie County contact to the reciprocating MLS's and Realtor® Associations throughout the State of Florida. Diana, now happily, combines her executive background, field experience and a uniquely vast skill set, to provide our clients with an exceptional level of proficiency and diligence towards the coordination and management of each transaction.
